Air Classification and Size Screening
Quanta has two classification units which can be coupled to physical screening stations to remove the large end of the particles in a patented process
Units with 12,000 and 6,000 lbs/hr capacity
Powders can be fed to the system pneumatically from a silo or from big bags
Product can be bagged or send in bulk
Our process can separate powders from 200 microns to 3 microns
3 fractions are collected by a classifier, a cyclone and a dust collector
Our smaller unit, with 6000 lbs/hr capacity, is a mobile unit which can be deployed and build within 1 week of arrival to the site
